How do I place an order?
Simply browse through our inventory and add any items to your shopping cart and hit "checkout". You will then have the option to either use express checkout, or create an account. In some cases, including international orders, shipping charges may change once an order is placed based on the overall weight/dimensions of the box shipping. A Customer Service Representative will contact you to notify you of any changes.
Additionally, some items may require that we contact you after your order is placed for information such as your medical license or your company’s W9 form, or a copy of your photo ID stating your date of birth for verification purposes. Please note that your order will NOT ship unless we have the appropriate documentation on file. Your order will be cancelled after 3 business days if we cannot obtain the required information.
