At Synergy Surgical, what we do goes beyond surgical devices. We are committed to supporting the communities around us. 

Through our Synergy Serves initiative, our team partnered with MATTER to roll up our sleeves and make a real difference for children facing food insecurity. 

Teamwork with a Purpose 

The energy in the room was electric as our team worked side by side to assemble pre packed snack packs for children in need. There is a unique kind of synergy that happens when a team shares the same goal of giving back, and this event was a perfect example of that spirit in action.

From Our Hands to the Community 

We are excited to share that we packed 600 snack packs, each including a handwritten note letting the recipient know that people care about them and that they are special. Once completed, the kits were sent to the Suburban Service League, which then donated them to Respond Now, a charity they work closely with. The boxes are now being distributed directly to local families and children who need them most

It was a true team effort from start to finish and a meaningful way to see our work make a real difference in the community. 

Looking Ahead 

We are incredibly proud of our team’s dedication and grateful to MATTER for providing the platform to make a tangible difference. This event reminded us that while we move fast in our professional lives, taking the time to care for our neighbors is some of the most important work we can do.
